Notes for Nell Ernestine Sellers

During the war Nell worked at a munitions factory in Charlotte, inserting detonators into shells as part of the war effort, just like Rosie the Riveter.⁴⁰⁵

After the war was over she worked for Southern Bell, first as an operator, then as a supervisor.⁴⁰⁵
