Notes for Richard Spalding Slevin

Richard graduated from Rush Medical College in Chicago in 1901. He became licensed to practice medicine in Illinois in 1902, and had a practice in Peoria. He was an allopath.³²²

He committed suicide at age 30 by jumping from a window in St. Louis.³²² It is unknown if he was actually living there at the time of his death, or whether he was just visiting his grandmother Martha E. Slevin who lived there.
