Notes for Henry Baker Kirby

Henry was a Quaker.

He and his son Obediah were recorded as paid "for smith's work" in the accounts of the estate of Stephen Townes.^{438, p. 65,
66} In his will, he makes sure to provide for his son Hezekiah, who was said to be "of unsound mind". He left his blacksmith's tools to a grandson.
