The Will of Jacob Reinhart
dated 13 March 1800
In the Name of god Amen the I Jacob Ranehart of the County of Lincoln and state of North Carolina being sick in Bodey But of good and sound memory thancks be to the almighty god I doe make constitute ordain and declare this my Last will and testament in manner and form following Revoking and annulling By these presents all and every testament will and wills heretofore by Me made and declared ither by word or writing and this to be taken only for my last will and testament none other
and first I give and Commit my soul unto the almighty god my Redemer and by the merits of Jesus Christ I trust to be saved - and my body to be Buried in such a place whereever it Shall please my Executors hereafter named to appoint and now for the settling of my temporal Estate
first I will that all those Debts and dues as I owe in Right to any person or persons Shall well and truly be paid ad ordained to Be paid with in Convenient Time after my Decease by my Executors hereafter named
I tem I give to my son Coanread Ranehart the half of my land holding six hundred and forty acres I will that it Be eaquily De vided and that he is to have the Lower part of said track
I tem I give unto my son Jacib Ranehart the old plantation with all the upper part of said track of land
I will that said ???? Be Equilly Devided Bitween my son Conrad and my son Jacob
I will that my oldest Daughters Catherine Barks and Cristina Liwis is to have no part of my parsinal Estate
I will that my Daughter Margaret Canney be paid the sum of two Doalers and a half to be paid By my two sons Conrad and Jacob to Be paid after my De sease
I will that the Remainder part of my Estate Be Equilly Devided Bittwen my two sons Conroad and Jacob
I will that Valintine Love Senr and Jacob Brilhart Be appointed my true and Lawful Executors for my parsonal estate in manner and form herein Described
