Will of William Fronerberger
dated 26 July 1803
In the Name of God Amain I William Fronerybery of Lincoln Countey and State of North Carolinia yeoman Being of Sound Mind mimery and Understanding But Conidring the Unsertany of this Life Think fit to make this my Last will And testament in the folowing manner viz.
I Recommend my Soul into the hands of god And my Body to the Earth and to Be Buried In a Christian Maner and as tuching my Worly Estate wherewith it has plaised God to Bless me in this Life I give and Devise and Dispose of the Same in the folowing manner and form
And to my Dear Beloved Wife I Dow alow to Live in the hos as Long as she Remains singl and the third of what is raised on Said plantation year and yearly. During her Widowhod and if In Case said Widdow dis mary I Dow alow two Cows and a Child's Part and for the horses that is now present I Dow alow to work the plantation
and it is my Will for to give this plantation Eaqualy to William and jacob and John
and I Dow Alow Each one of my Daughters - Barbra and Anna Mary and Susey Each for to have Eighty Silver Dollars three years after the come of age of the plantation
and for Cows Sheep and hogs and housal goods I Dow alow for to ake sail of and it to Be Devided Eaquay amongst the hole
and I Dow Alow my Brother John Fronnery and Caterine my wife for to Be Exators and administerators of the Same there I dow confirm that this is my Last Will and testament in Witness my hand and Sail this twenty Six Day of July one thousand Eight hundred and three
